Why The ACT?
Standardized tests like the ACT carry serious weight
They directly impact college admissions
They often determine scholarship and grant eligibility
A higher score can mean tens of thousands of dollars in aid

One Test, One Focus
= Better Mastery and Higher Scores
Colleges do accept both the ACT and the SAT, but these days most students choose to focus only on the ACT.
One reason is that the ACT tends to be more straightforward: students can use a calculator on every math question, and all of those math problems are multiple choice, which makes strategy a huge advantage.
The science section, while intimidating at first glance, isn’t really about memorizing science facts at all; it’s about reasoning and critical thinking, which means it’s very coachable with the right prep.
Meanwhile, the SAT has been shifting directions in recent years, even adding an “adversity index” that raised a lot of concerns. For many students, it simply makes more sense to zero in on mastering the ACT.
Greg Landry has helped homeschool students prepare for the ACT for over 15 years, and this program is designed to help your student crush the test with confidence.

“Professor Landry, I just received my ACT scores. I crushed it!!!!!!!”
— Joseph
