Inside Every Lab Intensive
🔬 Data Collection & Lab Reporting
Students will learn how to collect meaningful data during experiments and organize it into structured, high-quality lab reports following standard scientific methods.
🧠 Scientific Thinking Skills
Students will grow in their ability to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and evaluate scientific processes with depth, clarity, and a biblical perspective.
📊 Graphing & Critical Reasoning
Through guided instruction, students will graph experimental results and develop reasoning skills that extend beyond science, strengthening logic, interpretation, and analytical thinking.
🎓 Academic & College Readiness
We’ll explore essential skills for high school and college success, including academic planning, effective communication with professors, and staying focused on God-honoring goals for the future.
Plus...Real Life
We'll discuss what they need to know about high school academics and successfully handling college academics, as well as how to relate to their professors and peers in college and beyond. We'll also discuss what they should be doing now to achieve their future goals!
I'll tell them cadaver lab stories and "real-life" life lessons from the college human anatomy lab. They'll work hard, laugh, discuss serious topics, have fun, and complete the lab intensive with a lab manual containing data representing their work.
